Lily Quinn-Hendrick

Hi there, my name is Lily Quinn-Hendrick, I am the owner and head planner of El Events, specializing in wedding planning, design, and coordination. What started as a wedding gift to a friend quickly turned into a passion for curating seamless events tailored to each couple.

I received my BA in Communications from UTC and fell in love with Chattanooga during my four years in college. When I’m not planning weddings you can catch me in yoga or spin, hanging out with my dog Sophie (lead K9 assistant), or with my nose in good thriller.

It is always such an honor to be a part of a couple’s special day. I can’t wait to help you make your dreams come to life!

Associate Coordinators

  • Lead Associate Coordinator

    I met Lily my freshman year of college and have worked with her through several different roles. When Lily began coordinating weddings, I jumped at the opportunity to be a part of the team. I have always loved weddings, so helping make wedding days be joyful and stress-free is a dream!

    I am from Knoxville, but moved to Chattanooga to attend UTC. In addition to working at El Events, I am also a library assistant at a local elementary school. I will also begin my masters degree in January for ESL education with plans of becoming a teacher. 

    Outside of work, I enjoy reading, spending time with my friends and family, and baking. I also enjoy traveling, especially to countries like Costa Rica and Nicaragua where I’ve traveled to several times.

  • Associate Coordinator

    I am a 3rd grade math and science teacher by day but a coordinator by night! I met Lily at a wedding in 2022, and since then I have been working with Lily and creating florals for weddings, loving every second of it! When I'm not teaching or coordinating weddings I'm either at SPENGA or trying different espresso martinis around the city. It brings me so much joy to help each couple bring their dreams to life! I promise to bring a positive attitude, contagious spirit, and make your day the absolute best it can be. I can't wait to help make all your wedding dreams come true!
