Full Planning

This package is for the couple who is a bit overwhelmed by the whole wedding planning process and wants a comprehensive, professional approach. El Events will work closely with the couple to ensure we stay on track throughout the planning process, don’t miss any of the small details, keeping you stress free on the big day! Services begin when contract is signed.

This package includes, but is not limited to:

• Wedding planning timeline

• Unlimited communication via email, Zoom, and/or telephone

• One monthly meeting (as needed)

• Venue and vendor recommendations

• Schedule and attend venue appointments

• Schedule and attend vendor appointments

• Vendor negotiation and contract review

• Assist in designing wedding theme, color scheme, design and décor

• Recommendation, consultation, and booking for rehearsal dinner

• Unlimited time for rehearsal

• Detailed wedding day timeline

• Access to all El Events rentals at no additional cost

• Lead coordinator & assistant coordinator

• Full wedding day coordination and supervision for 12 hours
