Partial planning is for the couple who has booked most of their vendors, but still need those final details ironed out with a little help. That’s where El Events comes in with vendor recommendation and professional guidance. Services begin when contract is signed.

This package includes all Month-of Coordination Package plus:

Unlimited communication via email, Zoom, and/or telephone
One monthly meeting
Monthly check-ins to assure planning is on time and no details are missed
Contract review from any vendors not yet booked
Venue site visits (with couple or solo)
Attend up to 4 vendors meetings
Assistance with floor plan, décor, design and color schemes
Two hours rehearsal time day before or day-of
Lead coordinator & assistant coordinator
Day-of coordination and supervision for 10 hours
